None of the user generated content in Deal-it Cards intends to be used for abusive, pornographic, threatening, or otherwise offensive reasons. Any user generated content to be used for means previously stated would be absolutely unacceptable. Playing Deal-it Cards has no means or capability of harming you physically or your device. Any user generated content in Deal-it Cards, that is the intellectual property of Alex Blesener, has no other intended use than for the entertainment of it's users.
Deal-it Cards is made under the assumption that people enjoy playing card games. This App is a new way for App users to play a digital version of cards. We believe that Deal-it Cards creates a new experience where users have more control over the playing cards and is in this way different than other card game Apps. Deal-it Cards does not offer money for playing and does not contain any aspect of real gambling. Under no circumstance will you be asked to pay money, real or fake, in order to play Deal-it Cards except for the initial 99 cents that it costs on the Appstore. Any previously stated reasons do not imply that the content in Deal-it Cards will be suitable for children under the age of 4. Children under the age of 4 years old must be with a supervised adult to play Deal-it Cards.
All content in Deal-it Cards is original. every aspect of Deal-it Cards is owned by Alex Blesener and was created thereof. None of the ideas in Deal-it Cards were copied or stolen from elsewhere. Deal-it Cards is an original idea, that of the intellectual property owned and created by Alex Blesener. No trademarks, copyrighted works, or patented ideas are that of an entity other than Alex Blesener. All intellectual property within Deal-it Cards is owned by Alex Blesener, rightfully. All in-game content was the sole creation of Alex Blesener and his company.
Deal-it Cards does not facilitate illegal file sharing. Our App does not have the ability to save, download, or convert media from any players or third party sources. all audio/video content streaming within Deal-it Cards has the explicit authority to do so. audio/video content includes background music, sounds, and video content within our app. Alex Blesener has the explicit right to own and produce Deal-it Cards as well as all audio/video content therein.
